Continued consideration of request by appellant’s attorney to reconsider Civil Service Commission’s vote (12/9/09) regarding the referral of the Appeal of Order of Disciplinary Action, Deputy Public Guardian, Veterans’ Services/Public Guardian/Public Administrator’s Office to a Hearing Officer from the State Administrative Law Judges’ Office.
