PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective September 7, 2010, Madera city residents seeking initial mental health services will still need to call (559) 675-7850 for an initial screening, but Madera city residents will now go to a new clinic located at 360 Almond Ave, Suite 103 for an assessment. After September 7, 2010, all initial assessments for residents of the city of Madera will take place at the Almond Street address (located near Madera Community Hospital) instead of the Madera Counseling Center on Road 28. Initial assessments and support services will be conducted for children and adults at the 360 Almond Avenue location.

Residents of the foothills and Chowchilla can access services through the (559) 675-7850 number and the clinic location for services in Oakhurst and Chowchilla will remain the same.
